The use of the space has become a strategic necessity for today's development in Africa. Most do not associate Africa with the high-tech sphere of "space", however, in recent years many countries on the continent have become aware of the potential and usefulness of space technology: meteorology, telecommunications, navigation, resources management, borders security and military and intelligence purposes.
