NSD-S HUB VISITS UNOWAS, IOM, WFP AND OCHA-ROWCA IN DAKAR

NSD-S Hub staff visited Senegal from 23 to 25 July. During the visit the staff had the possibility to present the Hub´s mission and concept to UNOWAS, IOM, WFP and OCHA-ROWCA in Dakar. The visit constituted an opportunity to establish a liaison network with these regional offices and search for a common understanding on West Africa and Sahel region. All meetings were very productive and represented the primary step to rise the knowledge on West Africa and Sahel region and identify some sharing mechanisms between the NSD-S Hub and the regional offices in Dakar.
