NSD-S HUB VISITS THE ' AFRICAN CENTRE FOR THE STUDY AND RESEARCH ON TERRORISM ' - ACSRT - IN ALGIERS

On 28 January 2020, a HUB delegation was invited to the African Centre for the Study and Research on Terrorism (ACSRT) in Algiers (Algeria) for a coordination meeting with the Deputy Director of the centre, Mr. Idriss Mounir. This Centre is part of the African Union and, among its objectives, are the strengthening of African Union capacity to combat terrorism and the conducting of studies and analysis on terrorism. The meeting proved to be very productive and both organizations agreed to develop a joint project to analyse trends in the field of terrorism in Africa. Two workshops have been planned for the coming months to continue this process.
