The Middle East is an area of growing instability with transnational and multi-dimensional security risks and challenges that affects international security. This shared global security involves a 360-degree approach and enhanced shared awareness. This workshop will bring together SMEs and practitioners from Middle East to discuss the nexus between women and security in the region, and to assess both the risks and the opportunities stemming from their circumstances and activities.
